The Rep's Guild of Volunteers supports the Rep's special services and outreach programs. Volunteers perform a number of important functions for the Theatre, including:
Lobby/House Operations.
Volunteers serve as ushers, ticket takers, greeters, and souvenir sales clerks. Volunteer lobby assistants help patrons with a variety of customer service tasks at performances and enjoy seeing the show free. In the past four seasons, the number of lobby volunteers has swelled from a few dozen to over 307.
Administrative Assistance.
Volunteers assist the Marketing and Development departments throughout the year. They help prepare and assemble mailings to ticket buyers and donors, organize archives, tally survey results, and make reminder calls to lapsed donors.
